Better Cardio

Cardio is not your best choice for fat loss but many people just can not give up their cardio.  If that is the case then at least do it the right way and make it more fun with the following tips.

Do cardio with someone you are very competitive with and make sure you are the one who is working harder, do not let them win.

Do cardio when watching sports.Do two minutes of increased intensity for every point your team scores.If your team sucks do the same for every time they get scored on.You may have to adjust the time or intensity depending on the sport you are watching.

Give an 80% sprint for the duration of every other song you listen to.

Keep a deck of cards with you.Every other minute pull two cards.The higher card indicates percentage of intensity and the lower card indicates the duration to keep the intensity.

If at home.Play video games.Every time you lose a life or get sent back to the beginning of a stage perform an all out sprint for 60 sec.

Use these tips to make cardio go by faster and burn more fat and maintain more of your lean tissue.
