"Cameron McGarr is one of the industry's blazing young guns. He's got a wealth of experience despite his young age, and an incredible repertoire of strength and conditioning techniques. As the fitness editor at Men's Fitness and Muscle&Fitness Hers magazines, I'm often frantically searching for newer and better methods to get readers the best results possible-Cameron McGarr is one of the first people I turn to."

"Cameron McGarr is THE greatest new coach in the strength and conditioning world today. No exceptions.

Extremely knowledgeable, passionate with fantastic real world coaching ability, Cameron, in my opinion will be the biggest name in the future of this industry. He's already one of the coaches I turn to when I'm looking for insight into getting the most out of my own training, and that of my clients. Remember the name or get left behind"

 Meet a Client:

I'm 29 years old and since I was a little kid I was always thin. At 28 I
decided I was tired of being the skinny kid. I knew nothing about proper
nutrition or lifting weights.  After I met Cameron Mcgarr things
changed. I walked into the gym where he works and told him I wanted to
gain 20 lbs of muscle. The 20 lbs came and I wanted to gain 20 more . ... and then 20 more.

After training with Cameron I gained over 50 lbs of lean mass for a
total gain of 64 lbs. I went from 138 lbs to 202 in 14 months.

Since then I've moved too far away to train with Cameron in person.
Using the DZL ebook as a guide I still workout 3 days a week and follow
the exact same meal plans and training programs that helped me reach my
initial goals.
